First Choice
Community Health Centers are non-profit community health
centers and are certified as Federally Qualified Health
Centers (FQHCs). Fees for our services are on a sliding
scale based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines, but no one is
turned away because of inability to pay (please refer to
Sliding Fee and our Payment Policy under
New Patient).

Medicare, Medicaid (traditional and Carolina Access) and most
private insurance companies (please check with your insurance
plan). |

Community Health Centers clinics are in-network for Blue
Cross/Blue Shield of NC, United HealthCare, Cigna Healthcare,
and MedCost. |
